Privacy
This page explains what BaniTMS collects, why, and what you can do about it.
Who we are
BaniTMS is operated by 13551172 Canada Inc., 300 Main St #831, Winnipeg, MB R3C 1E1, Canada. Questions go to info@truckerpro.ca.
What we collect
Early access list. Your work email, company, fleet size, the job you would hand off first, the wording of the consent you gave and when you gave it.
Abuse protection. A scrambled form of your network address, kept for up to one hour, to stop repeated submissions.
Analytics. This site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages people find useful. It sets Google Analytics cookies and sends Google your IP address, page URL, referrer and approximate location. We do not use it to identify you personally, and we do not send it your email or company name. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on or by blocking cookies for this site.
Why
To tell you when early access opens, to learn which jobs carriers want first and to keep this site working. We do not sell your information.
Who handles it for us
Cloudflare hosts this site and stores the early access list. Google provides the analytics. Their servers may be outside Canada, so your information may be processed in other countries, such as the United States.
How long we keep it
We keep your place on the early access list until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete your information, or to leave the list, email info@truckerpro.ca. Every email we send will have an unsubscribe link.
